Pat created and leads Age Well at Home. He is committed to the organization’s person-centered relationally focused approach to assist older homeowners stay safer, healthier and longer in the homes and communities they love. He leads an organization where home modifications are important aspect of their work but critical to its success is helping community elders stay connected to their loved ones and community by checking up on them to see how their home is working for them. Pat worked for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and Habitat International for over 20 years and created a nationwide home renovation program called A Brush with Kindness that assisted struggling homeowners fix up their homes so they could preserve their homeownership.
